So of course I had to repost that... What a fabulous idea!!! Well it did not take long for a couple of friends to see the fabulousness of this idea.. One friend in particular said "make me one!!!" So we got our heads together and she came up with a cheap wired vintage bodice form from LTD. Next we found a source for the bustier which was such a hard decision as there are so many beautiful choices!! She chose one in silver.
Really there are a few ways to make one work, I just took old pine branches from a artificial tree that's no longer being used in our shop. Attach to the bottom of the form... I chose to keep it shorter like a ballerina style as I thought it would be cute. I have added silver ornaments to it, but left plenty of room for her to add her own flare as well. You can change up the color theme every year if you wish! I know I always have more than enough ornaments that I don't use on my tree at home, now you can save some for your bustier dress form!
